"Location wise it's the best as the metro station is walking distance. But hotel staff seems very irresponsible as you need to calm them multiple times to address any issue. There is a kitchen in the hotel but was closed for which they mentioned staff is not available, I asked for a spoon that also they could not provide saying the kitchen. So would say don't come here with family. Room is good no problem with that."

"This OYO hotel was a disaster. The room was dirty, the linens smelled awful, and the bathroom was in terrible condition. The staff was unhelpful, and the breakfast was overpriced and bland. "Pathetic services, in some of the rooms there was no water supply and in other washroom was in very bad condition. I had done a booking for early morning and the caretaker denied to show any other room and asked to cancel the booking, wouldn't recommend this to anyone if you are time bound."

"Very poor service. Worst staff I have ever met with in a hotel. Sharing major points below: - No drinking water provided even after 5-10 calls to reception and oyo customer care. When I finally visited reception to ask for water, the receptionist, was selling fake bisleri bottle. Else offered to take normal tap water in dirty plastic bottles. - It took 2 hours for checkin to my room, even after prior information and paid early checkin fee - Informed hotel reception about Broken Toilet seat in the room. No action taken, like they didn't care. - Lights went out multiple times during the day, and had to call multiple times for the same. Wifi was extremely poor, disconnected a lot - No toiletries provided just soap. - In property photos, kettle is being shown, hotel people said, wo to photoshoot ke liye daal diya tha. - Location is also poor, no eateries / shop around - Hotel staff somehow posted review on my behalf on booking.com, which I had to delete from backend Overall extremely poor experience. Only decent thing was the room, which was okay."
